We made melting moments in Baking Mad. I ran out of time and had to go home without making the filling.
The filling is called depression cream, I really wanted to finish the cakes and asked my dad to buy the ingrediants. I spent ages making the cream but did not spend quite enough time mixing it.
They still tasted lovely.
